Sovva S.A. is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its website. 2. Gathering User Information

2.1. The processing of personal data of Website Users is necessary for the purposes of taking action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, as well as for the subsequent performance of the contract, in particular: answering questions from Website Users, fulfilling User requests, contacting the User or managing interactive programs (chatbot within the Website) for customers.

2.2. In case a User gives a voluntary consent to receive commercial information in a form of a newsletter or a direct message from Sovva representative, personal data of the User will be processed in order to send the information. It also applies to the use of electronic forms available in the Website.

2.3. After a User places an order or inquiry for a specific product, service or submits specific content to this website, the Data Controller may contact the individual to obtain additional information required to fully process the order or request.

For this purpose, we may need to ask for Users’ personal information such as: name, address, e-mail address and telephone number of the User.

3. User Rights

3.1. Requesting access to personal information:

The data subject shall be entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if this is the case, shall be entitled to obtain

access to such data. The Controller will provide Website Users with a copy of the personal data being processed upon request. For any subsequent copies requested by Website Users, the Controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs;

3.2. Correction of personal information:

Website Users have the right to correct personal data concerning them that is inaccurate or has changed. Taking into account the purposes of processing, Website Users have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement;

3.3. Erasure of personal information (“right to be forgotten”):

Website Users have the right to demand, provided that there are circumstances provided for by law, immediate deletion of personal data concerning them, and the Controller is obliged to delete such personal data without undue delay;

3.4. Restriction of processing of personal data:

In such a case, the Controller will identify such personal data at the website User’s request, and their processing may be limited only to the specified purposes;

3.5. Transfer of personal data:

Under certain conditions, Website Users have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, personal data concerning them that is processed by the Controller, and have the right to transmit that personal data to another entity;

3.6. Objections:

Under certain circumstances, Website Users have the right to object at any time – on grounds relating to the specific situation of Website Users – to the processing of personal data concerning Website Users, and the Controller may be under an obligation to cease processing such personal data.

3.7. Withdrawal of granted consent at any time:

Any rights may be exercised by Website Users by means of a message sent to the address of the Data Controller or to the email address of the Data Protection Officer.

4. Personal data processing

4.1. Personal data collected for the above purposes will not be used as a basis for automated decision-making.

4.2. The Controller and the Data Processors shall ensure appropriate technological, physical, administrative and procedural data protection measures, corresponding to market standards, to protect and ensure the confidentiality, accuracy and availability of the Personal Data being processed, as well as to protect against unauthorized use of or unauthorized access to the Personal Data and to protect against a breach of security of the Personal Data.

4.3. Personal data may be disclosed to the competent authorities authorized under applicable law.

4.4. The following categories of recipients may gain access to personal data: authorized employees and representatives of the Controller, and entities processing personal data on the basis of personal data processing entrustment contracts.

4.5. The Company has no intention to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

4.6. Personal data will be processed for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above, but no longer than 5 years from the date of completion of the actions requested by the data subject.

After the indicated period, the personal data will be permanently deleted. However, the Data Controller may retain a limited portion of the personal data to demonstrate compliance.

5. Cookies

5.1. The website uses “cookies”.

5.2. Cookies are computer data that are saved and stored on the Users’ terminal equipment.

5.3. Cookies make it possible to optimize the content of the Website to User’s preferences. Thanks to them statistical data is collected, which allows us to improve the content of the Website.
